Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 1-14 business days.

JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS ships goods with the following: Pickup, GLS - Business, GLS - Private, PostNord - Private, PostNord - Business, Rafn Transport.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.

You can choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

Right of Withdrawal

A full 14-day return policy applies to goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Requests for withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by e-mail to hello@justaddpeople.dk. The message must clearly state your wish to use the right of withdrawal.

Condition of the Item upon Return

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. This means you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that upon withdrawal from the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS to assess the condition of the item.

Warranty

A 2-year warranty applies to products according to Danish sales law. The warranty covers all defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.

Claims regarding defects and faults must be reported to JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS within a reasonable time after receiving the item. A maximum of two months is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed. We refund reasonable shipping costs.

The warranty is voided by incorrect or unusual use of the product.

JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
